Clyde requires that you connect your bank account before we can launch on your store so that we can collect our service fee and the insurer's premium.

If your bank account is based in a foreign country, please contact support@joinclyde.com or contact us through the chat widget on joinclyde.com. You cannot connect a non-U.S. bank account to Clyde. 

There are two options to verify your bank account: 1) Login through Plaid using your bank credentials 2) Confirm micro-deposits.
We recommend using Plaid because it is quicker and less work for you.

To start:

  1. Login into app.joinclyde.com
  2. Click the 'Settings' gear icon in the bottom left.
  3. Click 'Add Account' 
  4. Select Plaid or micro-deposits

To confirm micro-deposits

  1. Wait 2 business days
  2. Login into app.joinclyde.com
  3. Click the 'Settings' gear icon in the bottom left.
  4. Submit micro-deposit amounts
