A customer can cancel their contract for a full refund within 30 days. They can do so by reaching out directly to your business as they would if they were returning an item. 

If a customer would like to cancel a contract after 30 days, they can receive a pro-rated refund that takes into account the amount of time the contract was covering the item. Reach out to hello@joinclyde.com to determine the proper refund amount.

Note: Because Clyde is a marketplace, there are different procedures for contracts cancelled after 30 days that may result in fees for the end consumer. A member of our team will notify you of this when you reach out.
