When a customer wants to file a claim, they can do so at hiclyde.com. There, they call the number in their contract or use the web form to work through the claims process with an administrator. Normally, solving a customer's problem takes less than 15 minutes. When a claim is approved, our insurance partners either reimburse your customer for the product’s original price, dispatch a team for on-site servicing, or fix it at one of their service centers.
