Your Clyde Protection Plan remains in place, providing you with peace of mind.

Clyde is a technology company that worked with Boosted Boards to allow them to offer extended warranties. Clyde partnered with Safeware, an insurance company, which backs all of the contracts sold through Boosted's website.
When Boosted went out of business earlier this year Safeware became the point of contact on claims, although it has always backed your Clyde Protection Plan.
There are two options for resolution based on the Terms and Conditions stated in the case that a retailer goes out of business:
1. You can file a claim with Safeware, and if a repair/replacement cannot be sourced, you will be awarded a full refund of the contract.

2. You can cancel your contract with Clyde at any time, and can receive a prorated refund on your Protection Plan. To initiate the refund, please reach out to our Support team (email support@joinclyde.com).
