If you are returning your purchase to the retailer and now would like to cancel your Clyde Protection Plan and get a refund, no worries.
While completing your return, first we recommend you contact the the retailer for them to cancel and issue your Clyde Protection Plan refund as they collected the payment.
However, if you bought your Clyde Protection Plan after your initial purchase or the retailer directs you back to us, please reach out to our Support team (email support@joinclyde.com) and we will help you cancel the contract and process your refund.
