It's easy to transfer ownership of a contract, for example when a contract is purchased as a gift!
- Log into the Clyde Dashboard
- Click on the “Customer” icon on the left/third option from the top
- Select the criteria to search by: email, phone number, order ID
- Click on the customer’s name
- Select the relevant order
- Click Actions at the top right
- Click “Transfer order to new customer”
- Populate the new customer information, then select "Update Order Info"
- End Process
Once completed, the customer will receive the protection plan confirmation email inclusive of all plan details.
Keep in mind this option is also available to customers, whose plans are eligible for transfer.
This can be accomplished by simply logging into their HiClyde account.
