After a claim is submitted, Clyde or our insurance partner may reach out for additional information or to assist in resolving the claim. On the claims tab of the Clyde Dashboard you will see one of the following statuses:
Approved- the claim has been approved for the defined resolution
Resolution Initiated-indicates the claim has been approved to begin the repair process
Under Clyde review - Clyde is processing the claim
Partner Managing Claim / Under Admin Review - Our insurance partner is reviewing the claim
More Info Requested - Either Clyde of our insurance partner is contacting the end-customer to verify additional details needed to process their claim.
Non-covered issue: Limited Warranty - The product is still covered under its OEM warranty and the claim is the responsibility of the manufacturer
