You've had an issue with your product and need to file a claim—no need to worry, it's just a click away!
To file a claim on a product covered by a Clyde Protection Plan, simply follow the steps below.
1. Navigate to https://www.hiclyde.com/login
2. Create an account using your email address (this will be the same email used with your plan purchase)
3. Once you've logged into https://www.hiclyde.com/login, simply click File a Claim and then follow the prompts.
If you have signed in as a Guest, you will be asked to provide your Contract ID to continue the process.
